Yame, in the hills of southern Fukuoka, is one of Japan's established tea regions and is known for its shade-grown teas. Our wholesale matcha comes from growers there.
We work directly with growers wherever possible. Because prices are agreed with the growers, we don't offer coupon discounts or price bidding.

Ships via DHL Express, FedEx and EMS (Japan Post). Wholesale orders are usually paid by T/T wire transfer with a 50% deposit. PayPal and credit cards are also accepted.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it. Our paid sample kit contains our three grades (Ichiban-cha First-Flush, Tsujo-cha Export Standard and Tsujo-cha Organic JAS), 90 g in total, shipped by EMS in 4–7 business days. The cost of the kit is credited against your first wholesale order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible: wholesale starts from 1 kg, and volume pricing starts from 10 kg. For private-label (OEM) packaging, the MOQ depends on the packaging type, so ask us for a quote.
Do you provide private label / OEM packaging?
Yes. We pack your chosen grade in Japan into custom-printed tins, pouches or aluminum bags for your brand. Options and minimums depend on the packaging, and we quote them with your order.
Do you provide compliance certificates for customs?
Yes. On request we prepare the export-side documents for your shipment, including the commercial invoice, packing list and phytosanitary certificate, and supply Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and radiation test reports where your market requires them. For organic lots, we supply copies of the producer's EU organic or JAS organic certificate. Import duties, taxes and clearance at destination are the buyer's responsibility.
What about US import and FDA compliance?
We supply buyers in the US. Our partner facilities in Yame are FDA-registered, and we can assist with the FDA Prior Notice (PN) submission for your shipment and prepare the export documents US customs asks for.
Is your organic matcha certified?
Our organic grade, Tsujo-cha Organic JAS, comes from producers certified under Japan's JAS organic standard, and our EU organic lots come from EU organic certified producers. Copies of the producer's certificates are available on request before you order. Certification is held by the producers, not by WAGYU NINJA.
How long does shipping take?
For express air freight (ideal for 10–50 kg orders), delivery typically takes 4–7 business days to the US or EU. For larger orders of 500 kg or more, we arrange sea freight, which takes about 4–6 weeks depending on the destination port.
