About Japanese wagyu & matcha
Understanding wagyu grading & origin.
Wagyu grading system. Japanese Wagyu beef is graded by the Japan Meat Grading Association (JMGA) on two scales: yield grade (A–C) and quality grade (1–5). The highest grade, A5, indicates superior marbling (BMS 8–12), firmness, color, and fat quality. WAGYU NINJA sources A5-graded wagyu.
Origin & traceability. Our wagyu is sourced directly from certified farms in Miyazaki Prefecture and Kagoshima Prefecture, two of Japan’s top wagyu-producing regions. Every animal carries Japan’s 10-digit individual identification number, which can be traced in the National Livestock Breeding Center database from farm to table.
Matcha origin. Our matcha comes from Japan’s established tea regions: Uji (Kyoto), Nishio (Aichi), Yame (Fukuoka) and Kagoshima. Ceremonial grades are first-harvest (ichiban-cha). Export documentation, including certificates of analysis, is prepared on request.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can you ship to my country?
We currently ship to over 50 countries including the US, UK, EU, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and more. Some products (especially fresh/frozen Wagyu) have import restrictions depending on your country. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability immediately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For personal purchases, there's no strict minimum — you can order as little as a single item. For wholesale/commercial orders, minimum quantities vary by product: typically 5kg for Wagyu, 10kg for Matcha, and 50 units for packaged goods like incense. We're flexible — just ask.
How long does shipping take?
EMS/DHL typically delivers within 3–7 business days to most countries. Frozen Wagyu shipments may take 5–10 days due to cold-chain logistics. We provide tracking numbers for every shipment so you can monitor delivery in real time.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
We prepare all export documentation from the Japan side (health certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists). Import duties and taxes at your destination are the buyer's responsibility, but we clearly label all shipments to minimize customs delays.
Can I request samples before a large order?
Absolutely. For wholesale inquiries, we offer sample packs at cost for most product categories (Matcha, Shiitake, Nori, Incense, Porcelain). This lets you evaluate quality before committing to a larger volume. Just mention "sample request" in your inquiry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (wire), PayPal, and major credit cards. For wholesale orders, we typically use T/T (telegraphic transfer) with 50% deposit. We can discuss payment terms that work for your business.
I'm a restaurant/retailer — can I become a regular supplier partner?
Yes! We work with restaurants, specialty shops, and online retailers across the globe. We offer recurring order schedules, priority access to seasonal products, and dedicated support. Send us a wholesale inquiry and we'll set up a call to discuss your needs.
